Roadsmith Drive Shaft

Update: Driveshaft had to be removed to access the rear yoke zerk on the u-joint.

I have two grease zirks on my D/Shaft, that I shoot a couple of shots of grease, twice a season.

I use a jack and just raise up the back of my trike and crawl under.....

No need to remove any parts before greasing up

Tell that to Haus of Trikes Ft Myers Fl. RoadSmith dealers.

Can you not reach the zerk ball end with a needle grease adaptor like this

Butch,

You should see two grease jirks on your shaft (I have them on my Roadsmith)

Jack up the rear of your trike, and rotate rear tires (slowly) you should see them, and give them a shot of grease (I do it twice a season)

PS: I hope your feeling better (I'd love to ride with you again, this season)

Ronnie
