2012 Goldwing/Roadsmith brakes

What type of brake pads are used for this trike, Metallic, ceramic, etc. Also, my trike has only one pin holding the pads in position instead of two. Should I add the second pin?

If your caliper set up is 1 pin pads, no need to add another pin

Metallic pads are harder on rotors
