Maggie Valley 2019???

We are home safe. Even though this was a smaller event than usual, we still had a great time with a great group.

One high note was the return of 2paps. We escorted him back to his accident site to review the incident. Sassy n Brassy led us in an onsite prayer before heading to the Trust store for ice cream. Later Randy and Marc returned to climb down the hill and found several items that had fallen out of Ed's tour pac. After the Tuesday night cookout, a video from Ed's daughter was shown and Ed was presented with a Trike Flyer Tee shirt and a Gold membership.

See you all next year

Woody, you'll probably get other responses, and I'll give you what I know from my earlier experience, not this year. Most stay at the host motel, Best Western, for the comradarie, the front porch gatherings at the end of the day, and ride outs in the morning. The group rates extended by BW each year are very good for Maggie Valley.

Thanks that what I needed to know

Most stay at the Best Western but there is a campground right up the road close by that a few stay at.

we like to camp but may have to make an exception

The really good pics (and videos) probably wont get posted due to confidentiality issues. Dont let the innocent look on their faces fool anyone. These people know how to party!

That got me laughing! You are probably right about that.

And yes, we do know how to party!

Glad you were able to be there this year!!!

Doug,

What struck me was the solemn looks on our faces in the pics when all I remember is laughing my butt off much of the time...mostly at You and David.

David has always impressed me with his leadership, and depth of character and after finally meeting him, I now know he IS a character, a really awesome and hilarious guy!

The whole bunch are great people...cant wait till next year.

We try to have as much fun as we can stand for sure!

The group is definitely a great bunch!

Glad you enjoyed yourself!

Becky and I are looking forward to next year already too!

When I checked out of the BW Sat. AM. I got the chance to talk to (Mandy?) the Asst. General Manager. She said they enjoyed having us and that we were always welcome since we are the best group that stays there. When I asked how we achieved such an exalted status she said; We're fun, courteous and don't fight! :yahoo::yahoo:

If that's all it takes we won't have any trouble hanging on to that title!

:Agree:

The above quotes speak volumes to the true depth and meaning of our Trike Talk Family.

Each yearly Maggie Valley event has been an absolutely incredibly warm and growing lifetime experience for everyone that attends. The compassion, generosity and respect that the Trike Talk Family shows each other cannot be matched anywhere. It comes easy and naturally for the Family. This is what makes each year's events so enjoyable and successful.

Thank you so much.

I am, and will be, forever humbled to be a part of our Trike Talk Family.

We've finally caught up around the house after 5 weeks on the road and a few calls to our cable provider, glad to be able to get on the TT site!!! We had a great time as always at MV this year, catching up with old friends and making new ones. This was a special year because of 2Paps, his wife Connie and Papa Zook, it was a real treat to be with them.

We didn't even take any pictures this year, too busy riding, eating, and having a good time so a big thanks to those that did.

Zammy, as I've already commented, sure a lot of good comments out there from those that attended, sorry I missed it, and really looking forward to 2020 with hopes that all goes well.
