Help Me Identify this Trike?

My best friend passed away a few months ago, and this is his moms trike. She used to ride it when she was younger, but is now too old, and wants to sell it. According to her, she believes it was built by "Phoenix" and has a 1500 CC VW motor, and a Harley Wide Glide Front end. It ran when she parked it, but needs some TLC. I know she wants to sell it, but I have ZERO idea how much she should ask for it. Any help in further information on this bike, its manufacturer or suggestions on how much she should price it for would be greatly appreciated!

Can you post some pictures of the back of the trike kit, it may help identify it.

Side views of the neck and frame area would help also even if they are close up. Body looks like a Stires without the headlight pod.
