Brian I ran a 21 inch on my 2013. The issue of going bigger is the fender clearance. The 21 did lighten up the steering some because of the shift in the weight to the rear because of the higher front. Rode for 50k miles without issue.

How did you get around the fender clearance issue?

I’ve been running a 21” front for about 4 years, got my wheels from performance machine and they make a bracket to raise the fender up to allow for more clearance

I like that! Would look great on my Freewheeler. Unrelated, but I've got family in Mnt Carmel TN. Ride down there all the time. Next time I'm down I'll help you flip your bike right side up.

How did you get around the fender clearance issue?

The 21 did not have a clearance issue. If you go bigger you will.

21 is the biggest most HD dealers can handle
