The Elio is advertised on their web site as a car. I don't see anything stating it as a motorcycle.

I would buy it before a Smart for one or that Fiat 500.

I think it would be good for winter months and rainy days.That way no having to own a full on cage.That is if its not loaded with all the bs the new cars are.
