You can license an off-road Quad here for the streets in Arizona as long as you add a stop light, tail light, reflectors, proper tires, rear view mirrors, and lic plate light. You can get a motorcycle drivers license by taking a written test and a modified skills test on the trike, or quad you are riding. It is then good for riding any Motorcycle.
