Scored an Insta Trike - wheel / tire questions

I just scored a sweet deal on a Tow-Pac Insta Trike for my 95 Gold Wing. And as a bonus, it even came with a 93 Gold Wing bolted to it!

My main interest was the Insta Trike, but the 93 GL1500 is rough and will be an interesting project.

1) The 12" wheels are a bit rusty on the trike kit. Has anyone switched wheels and if so, what size / bolt pattern am I looking for? Are these just trailer wheels and tires?

2) Any recommendation for 12" tires? Should I go with the 4.80 x 12" or what about going to a 155/80R12?

3) Any good write-ups on adjusting and setting up the trike? Pre-load, tow, etc?

Chris I don't know the lug pattern measurements but a 14" wheel was an option. I would suggest you give that some thought. Not as much wear with the bigger tire.

You are going to have to do some refitting anyway. Just my thought.

I like that idea, but TowPac told me that you can't swap the 12" for a 14" wheel on the 12" kit.
