Gun Owners

Great looking rifle !! -- don't even try to get that thing near the NYS border

well here in the Republic DasMaryland it's not much better. We can no longer bring new AR15's into he state. AR10- same gun different ammo 308's, are ok. AR15's Heavy bars are OK? WTF?
No mags over 10 rounds unless you already own them, then they are legit. Of course if you drive over to PA and buy some who would know?

I also had a few accouterments. Finally decided I need more socks not holsters, belts and what not. I took them to a gun show and got rid of them, well I did a little trading and came home with a S&W Titanium 5 shot 357. Only weighs 15 ounces empty. Bullets weigh that much, LOL.

I got to thinking today, are CCW holders as bad with their accouterment's as Women are with purses or shoes:).

I think I'm running a pretty close tie:laugh:. The belts are both from Captain Itch @ Tennessee Holster Company, IMO he makes a great belt for the money.

I also dug out my old hunting pistol, Dan Wesson 10" barreled .44mag with Burris scope.

AR 15 with 24 inch button cut stainless floating barrel, muzzle brake, recoil gas control, with 36 power scope. Also AR-15 SPI with 90 round clips, and a made in Belgium Browning .22 Medalist semi auto target pistol.

Well Charlie, Thank you. It's all about having fun and enjoying life. :pepper:

Be Safe my friend. ThumbUp

I'm 74 years old and have hunted and collected guns all my life. I have CCW permits for Ohio and Florida. I'm also covered with H.B. 218 as a retired police officer . I'm also a Patriot life member of the NRA. I guess that about covers it. Be safe and enjoy the ride. Larry

The company I retired from built a special one just for my retirement of 41 years. It's Harley orange with Harley ensignia on it, and my birthday and initials for the serial number.

Its an AR-15 built by MMC Armory(mmcarmory.com)
I worked for Mennie Machine Company, which got into the gun building business a couple of years ago.
MA15 TACTICAL 223/5.56 with a 16" barrel 1:8 twist
I added the Leopold 3x12 power scope.

Ammo is in short supply ?????

As you may know, ammunition is in real short supply
and last night I lucked out and
was able to buy several boxes of AR-15 5.56 NATO round ammo
at the local sporting goods store.

On my way home I stopped at the 7-Eleven station for some gas
where this drop-dead gorgeous young blonde was filling up her car
at the pump next to my truck

She glanced at the ammo boxes in the back of my truck
and said in a very seductive voice, "Hey old timer, I'm a big believer in barter,
would you be interested in trading sex for ammo?"

I thought for a moment and replied, "Yep, I might be, what kinda ammo ya got?"

It has already started at Dick's Sporting Goods.

When I was ready to pay for my purchases of gun powder and bullets, the cashier said,
"Strip down, facing me."

Making a mental note to complain to the NRA about the gun control wackos running amok,

I did just as she had instructed.

When the hysterical shrieking and alarms finally subsided,
I found out that she was referring to how I should place my credit card in the card-reader.

I have been asked to shop elsewhere in the future.
They need to make their instructions to us seniors a little clearer
