Don't know the backstory, but in Maryland the police try to take a lawful gun owner's guns and end up killing him.

Seems they could have handled this different. Sad...

Story sounds like the officer was justified.

Seems that would be up to the OP, one thing about this forum, it gives some latitude unlike another one I can think of.
