I thought Boston Legal was an entertaining show. All the actors did a good job with their roles. I’m sure they caught a lot of flack from those that thought it too controversial or politically incorrect....could have been why it didn’t have a longer run.

Only problem I found,:wave4: with this post, is that he should have shot him in the "balls" also....................[I'd have a feeling that "he " would think twice about robbing anybody again]

After he caught the perp's attention, he should have put in a lethal shot between the eyes.

Now, mildly wounded, the perp survives at the taxpayers expense in the hospital, then on to launch a 5 million dollar civil suit against the shooter for "excessive force" which he must now defend against at great legal cost...

Realize this is simply TV however, in real life, the "system" doesn't like street shootings and sometimes holds law abiding citizens liable for civil "damages" and other legal crap in like situations.
