Frame Mount Highway Pegs-Freewheeler

I searched for this and came up empty-sorry if its been covered before. I have a 2016 Freewheeler. I'd like to add highway pegs. Don't really need or want an engine/crash bar, so would like to have them mounted to the frame or even below the foot pad. Any one done this? If so, which brand recommended? I've seen the Rivco on line and think they may be OK.
