Good morning friends.

Here is a fact from NH. If we don't get lots of snow during the winter, many wells go dry by August in NH. I have friends and relatives who live in the country and their wells have gone dry because some winters we do not get enough snow. Most of those wells are dug wells which have been in the ground fro many years. So, even NH has water problems at times.

Had 2 dozen raw oysters for supper...mmmmmm good stuff! Hunts, a local oyster bar runs them on special for $4.95 a dozen on Tuesday nights, they are normally $6.95 a dozen. The best ones in our area come from just south of us in Apalachicola Bay Florida and are mighty fine.

Zook you like oysters, well come to NH. Get a license and take your boat out to Great bay and fish for oysters. A friend of mine has a sail boat and he goes out there and fishes (well rakes) for oysters, then cooks them in his boat. Can't beat that!
Good morning to all!

Rosy, Ive raked oysters once in my lifetime. My dad took me out in Escambia Bay when I was a 16 yo kid. We were on vacation and wanted to gather some fresh oysters. I was one of a few kids my age that loved raw oysters. Dad gassed the boat and I fell back onto the oyster rake and punched a nice big hole in the bottom of my right bare foot and ruined my day. That was my first and last oyster raking trip!

Morning everyone! PGR mission this afternoon veteran has no surviving relatives.Seems really sad to me.RIDE SAFE

Good on you and the PGR Lucky..ThumbUp
