I ride a 2016 hd tri glide my age 81

Last time I posted in this thread was # 296 back in 2011. I am now 75 and still riding but on a Can Am Spyder now

Let's see what the average age of our riders is on the forum.......

I will start out. I'm 69 and ride a homebuilt trike.

Im 77 AND STILL AT IT.

Bob, I always say keep others off balance and you control the conversation

I do it by purposely calling someone I am talking to by the wrong name, ya outa try it, it confuses them

I do that naturally I can never remember names that’s why I was never salesman.. most (Good) salesman will meet you once and not see you for five years and remember your name on the spot....

Well I am a old fart but at 78 I can still ride and enjoy it and drink BEER with the best of them; Been riding 63 years and still LOVE IT and the great people I meet. BIG DENNY..

This post pops up every so often. I don't know if I should respond with my current age or go back and edit or eliminate my previous response. Anyway, I'll be 75 in 5 weeks. Never in my wildest imagination did I think I would last this long. But getting on the trike (among other things) still puts a smile on my face..... Jim

Well, Today is my birthday. I turned 77 today. This birthday is a lot better than last year, even though the temp outside was 106*. Last year I was sitting in some far out medical building at the hospital in Waynesville, NC getting the monoclonal infusion for COVID.

On my birthday this year I turned 76 as I sat in the Dr's office after my 4 bypass surgery getting permission to ride again.

Funny coincidence reading about Ray and Paul having medical issues on their birthdays. Just today I was at the doctor's office scheduling surgery. As luck would have it, I will be having surgery on my 75th birthday. Just the way things happen, I guess. If you have enough birthdays and enough medical issues, at some point in time, they will come together..... Jim

Perhaps it's a good thing because you will have to behave yourself the night before your birthday. Since the doctor didn't send you to the OR today, I am thinking it's not too serious because I know your birthday is Oct. 13.
