2014 Tri Glide primary

Looking in my owners manual on changing fluids the Primary appears to get a predetermined amount of fluid after draining fluid,my question it shows a amount in ounces for a "wet" and a different amount for " dry" and that's all, doesn't go into detail what wet or dry means, I'm assuming the clutch. Will someone clear this up for me. It's in the Trike Owners manual, for the life of me can't figure why the owners manual would show two different ounces?

Thanks, I would have thought information like that would be in a repair/rebuild manual, I was thinking they offered a wet or dry clutch in different bike's. Thanks for clearing that up.epper:
