2014 Tri Glide Infotainment Screen

Had the bike about three weeks now and twice I have gone out to ride and the screen would not come on, shut the bike down and it came on also having some popping issues thru the speakers was told by the dealership that I have the most current software update anyone having similar issues.

Popping / static in the speakers is usually a loose connection. Funny, you take it to the dealer with a dead screen and popping in the speakers and they tell you that your software is up to date. You are under warranty, jump up and down until they fix it!

Good Luck

When I bought mine the service manager said there was a recall on the infotainment setup. The antenna ground was attached to a plastic spacer or something like that. Said they re-routed the ground wire to some metal location. Maybe that's your problem?

Have the popping going on thing in the speakers also...dealer said too early to know what it is...did a flash and still didn't correct the problem...

What the heck time of the morning did you take it in anyway?

I was having problems with the screen and GPS would be dark with gray streets volume control would not work. Restart everything worked okay. On one of the forums they said to wait until the Bar & Shield logo went off and then start it. Gives the system a chance to boot up. Anyway have been doing that and no more problems with system.
