Wheel spin

I would like to ask Goldwing riders that have Champion trike conversions if they have problems with spinning the inside tire when making sharp turns. I have a 2008 Goldwing with a 2012 Champion trike and I really enjoy it.

Hasn't happened to me but maybe I don't corner as aggressive as you do. Apparently you are near lifting that wheel off the road in the turn and when giving it throttle it spins.

Yeah, that does happen, along with sliding the inside tire when braking into a turn. The inside tire will unload on accell/decell and spin or slide in a sharp turn. The only cure is to brake before a turn, and accelerate after you straighten up.

We were heading home from Pigeon Forge. You know how traffic is there, crazy. Hit it hard turning out and squalled the tire. My buddy asked How did you do that. Told him and now he spins his almost every time. LOL
