Whats for Supper?

#2 will do. We prefer the Polish dogs here. Otherwise known as Balonga dogs :clapping:

Dont forget the kraut, mustard , or just good old chili.!

In NY you can get jail time for using ketchup on a hot dog .

Slaw dogs are big here, have you ever had cole slaw on a dog?

The Misses cooked up some Cuban style Picadillo for supper tonight, ground beef, lots of garlic, cumin, olives, tomatoes, peppers and onions, it was delish.

Finally had a chance to fire up the smoker today, we have had 25-30 mph winds for several days now. A 2 1/2 # pork loin, I decided to try putting some chopped up raw bacon on top before rubbing with my mix.

Smoked at 225 degrees with a mix of apple and hickory wood till it hit an internal temp 145, about 2 1/2 hours

Covered in foil for about a 10 minute rest and sliced up for din-din, the bacon flavor was very subtle but it was really moist inside

Just placed it on the foil, cooked it on grill with coal & wood in a circle, not directly under the loaf. I don't like doing dirty dishes.....
