Corn beef hash resipies

There are many different verstions of this breakfast/dinner meal .

Mine is a coarse grind of the beef . Mash up and brown tater tots or hash brown patties. Just a little red or green pepper , I like jalapeños less the seeds . Cook on a flat top with some A1 sauce . Then plate with a yokey egg or two on top .

I boil up a 25 pounder , to make sure thers breakfast , after feeding 6 . :clapping:

Spaghetti with homemade gravy, (sauce for you, non whops) & imported from Italy Chianti. :clapping::clapping:

When we make the gravy there is enough for about 4 meals so we can freeze some.

Looks like last night glamp meal , with horseradish cheddar cheese , lettuce tomato and mayo :clapping: I use ground chuck in a 3lb tube . Slice 1/4 pounders , r rap n freeze .
