What did you do to Your Tri-Glide Today?

Just got my 2020 home. Now to put all the parts I took off the 16 on the 20. Took me two days to get everything off, hopefully it only takes 1/2 that time to put everything back on.

I have faith in ya,Pat. lookin good :clapping::clapping:

Congrats. But having done the same thing multiple times it sure seems like it takes twice as long putting the stuff on the new bike as it did taking it off the old. Hopefully that's not the case with you. Anyway good luck and enjoy!

LES’s

Put on my Fork Wind Deflectors and rode up the mountains to visit the Flight 93 Memorial. Temp was around 35* but was not affected by the wind due to the Deflectors.

Custom Dynamics low profile tail lights and turn signals. Dealer programed my driving lights to stay on with high beams. Custom Dynamics has lifetime warranty. Awesome products!

Broken!

Went for a nice ride on Saturday to a Farmer's Market in the Cuyahoga National Park. On the way home, gearing down for a stop sign on a downhill, I felt the "SNAP" as the clutch cable let loose! Worked it down the hill to the stop sign as I reached for the GPS and Harley App to find the nearest dealer. WOW, only nine miles away! Nursed it in to the dealer, then was SHOCKED when the parts guy came up with a clutch cable for a '13 TG on the shelf. Service was booked solid for the rest of the day, so Big Red is in the service bay awaiting a Tuesday morning clutch cable fit. With the exception of the clutch cable failure at 43K miles, all else turned out better than expected.

Congratulations Pat! ...can't wait to see it :clapping: have to admit though, your other one was pretty darn nice

Beauty Shots

The company that owns the great little town we live and work in recently put a mining display on main street. There is a 58 yard shovel bucket and a truck bed from a 240 ton Cat haul truck. It take the bucket loads to fill the bed. Approximately 260 tons. I believe they are going to add a haul truck tire display soon.

I took Lucy down for some beauty shots so here they are:

Took the rear wheels off yesterday and took them along with 2 new Goodyear Comfortreds to a local tire shop this morning to have them mounted and balanced.

Put them back on this evening then set the pressures to 22 PSI and while I was at it set the rear shocks to 26 PSI and the Avon front tire to 41 PSI.

May have to talk the wife into an Ice cream run to check it all out later.

TG was in the hands of a very high-time (27 years) H-D Tech at 10:00 am Tuesday. By 1:30 pm, I was on my way home on a fine running ride! Tomorrow, we head out to Mad River H-D for the Fall Rally; Rally Together and Ride that started yesterday. On the Road Again!

What HD dealer did you go to? I was born & raised in Elyria & whenever I ride back home I always go to Lake Erie HD for oil & filter change. They're the old Elyria HD that used to be on Cleveland st.

George Stevens, owner (30+ years) of the Cleveland St location, passed away about seven years or so ago. His family took over and moved it to a new building and location on Chester Road in Avon. In 2019, the dealership was sold to the same person who owns Adventure, Rubber City, Rock and Roll City, and Mad River dealerships. Almost one year to the day, amidst this Covid pandemic, it was announced that Lake Erie H-D would close on 2 April 2020. End of the Stevens legacy.

I now take all my work or parts requests to Stinger H-D in Medina.
