I have always changed all my shifters to heim joint rod ends. They will last a lifetime and not leave you stranded like the cheap factory joints.
Great something else to spend money on.

Paid a chilly visit to my sleeping beauty still in hibernation for almost 6 weeks now. Did I ever mention that I hate cold weather?

I had a Dr visit today, it was colder than normal here this morning@32 degrees when I left the house I had my chaps on so it was not too bad It was nice to have my heel shifter on my 21 Freewheeler, it got a work out today![]()
Yeah I hear y'all are getting some brisk weather down there. Talking to my buddy in Port Charlotte yesterday and it was a high of 50. Did I mention I hate winter?![]()
I put the same one on my '21 Jack, works really well.
Today it is up to 68 degrees in north central Pennsylvania! I had to take my bike to the dealer first...I had no rear brakes. After bleeding of the system I'm ready to roll. I took the scenic route home.
While getting my brakes serviced (at no charge), I spent some money for our trikes. Black for mine, the scripted for my wife's.
