Welcome to the forum! These aren't running lights (miss my roadking), but here's what I put on my 17 FW. The daymaker signature lamp made a big difference over the stock lamp and kind of maintains the look that Harley gave the Freewheeler. The led turn signals don't provide any real driving light but I feel it does get other driver's attention more and that's half the battle. Both are plug and play but you do need an adapter cable for the head light. The led turn signals also come in amber/amber if you like that better. Mine are white and the center goes bright amber when the turn signal is on.
