Running lights in turn indicator lamps?

Hi

I'm new to the forum. DW just got her Freewheeler which was to replace her DFT conversion that I wrecked.

I don't think her headlight makes oncoming drivers aware of her so I'd like for her to get running lights. She had 3 lights on the front of her previous FLH (as do I on my FLH) and I'd like her to have 3 now.

I've seen LED replacements for the turn indicators. Are these any good? What's the best kind to get?
