Caster set up.jpg Damn, 2 days playing with caster, finally 5 degrees, camber 0 degrees, I will be checking with my local front end alignment shop for some bench guidence, :clapping:

welding

More welding up next with steering tie rods extended, then assemble with wheels only, more checking, dis assemble and final welding, final welding, total assembly (paint), THEN wiring, OMG! If you have been a regular follower you would remember I bought a whole bike, so the wiring harness was a bitch to remove with out cutting BUTT it should make it a lot easier to wire up with extending a few wires. Jeff Eggman my heart goes out to you and other members wiring jobs, (wiring and sheet metal work is my weakness) And I am also fixing (updating) my scooters, eScooter and gScoolerHPIM3800.jpg Local run around with wife...

Front Lights

RT lights.jpgHPIM3832.jpg Lights will be on the low, I think the Ca DMV Motorcycle headlight is still 12" min from the ground, and again think to center of light, signal lights to be min. 6" wide of each other, Now you can see the dent in the side of the tank...

EDIT: LOOKS A LITTLE LOW?

Lights,Seat,Batt Box

Raised lights.JPGRaised seat, lights add batt. box.jpgSetting up lights, Seat, BattBox. I like the lights higher? Am thinking 1 or 2 driving lights mounted off handle bars for seeing around curves? And I am thinking the Harley style nose piece? TriRod_F3_Adrenaline_13.jpg What do you think???

thinking headlight should be somewhat higher and maybe part of the nose piece design....just my .02... LOL...as you can see I'm partial to high mounted headlights!

I do like the idea of a bit higher head light and the fact that it is molded into the front cowling piece would be awesome, in my mind it is.The law is what it is about, building it all up so it is legal to be on the road, but I have wondered how these three wheelers do on a race track ?Looking good, and really love the idea of lights off the handle bar so you can see turning the corners.
