Question on changing rear wheels on Champion Trike

I went to pull the rear wheels of my Champion Trike and found they are held on by the secure, torx head lug bolts (the type with nubs in the bolt head). So I borrowed a secure torx head driver but none of them seemed to fit.
1. Does anyone know what size of secure torx head driver will fit the Champion lug bolts? Are they a metric size?
2. What is the torque I should apply to the lugs when I reinstall them?
