Protective Riding Jacket

Wife wants me to wear Jacket on the Highway I wear helmet but in Florida Jacket gets really warm! Any suggestions? Thanks!

I have a nice jacket from Harley that is ventilated and armor in the elbows and shoulders. It also has places for cool paks and has a zip out liner for cooler weather and has a hood and is water proof with the liner in.
I wear it most of the time until it really gets hot, but with the cool paks it does pretty good.

Wifey and I wear Fulmer mesh jackets w/armor and zip out lining.Comfy even in Florida until you stop.
