Hi guys,

I just had my 6th. surgery. This one was on my neck for spinal stenosis. This one was the forth back and neck surgery and I can't wait to back on my trike again. I ordered a new 2023 Road Glide 3 and traded in my 2015 Freewheeler so I can't wait to ride again. my doc says I'll be good to go by the end of August when the new trike arrives. My 2015 Freewheeler has kept me going thru two knee replacements and three spinal surgeries. Riding is what I think about when I'm recuperating after these surgeries. I want to keep my sense of freedom riding gives me for as long as possible. My freewheeler has given me the same amount fun as my Road Glide did. So when people ask about riding a trike I simply say : " When four wheels are to many and two wheels are to few".

Keeping my nose in the wind for as long as possible, Dan

I know exactly what you are talking about.

I have gone through 5 1/2 back surgeries, 2 neck surgeries, 2 knee surgeries, and many other surgeries. Have also had 2 strokes, so my body is shot, but my bride and I want to keep riding as long as possible.

Some people just don't understand and that is ok, but most bikers get it, some give you grief about being on 3 wheels but after hearing my story, they get it.

Good luck and enjoy your new toy.

I recently had the Dealer do a Stage-2 with the low end torque cam on my 2023 Road Glide 3. Boy did that wake up that 114 engine. The low end torque range is where I ride here in Connecticut. While rolling in 1st. gear, I cracked the throttle all the way and did a wheelie! It suprised the hell out of me and shut it down quickly. I got the loping cam sound back (what gear head doesn't love that). The gas milage is down, but the "smilage" is up. This is my last Harley at 75 years old, why not have it done my way.

Dan, that is awesome . I don’t own one but have ridden the RG 3 and it is a great machine straight off the showroom floor! Ride free !!
