Do you wear a protective jacket with your helmet in summer months?

Re: Do you wear a protective jacket with your helmet in summer months?

Looking at buying the Olympia Airglide 4 Mesh jacket to specifically address this very issue. Hope it works!
You will like the Olympia Airglide. My wife and I had the Airglide 2 when we went down in 2011 and they held up very well and did what they were supposed to do. Unfortunately the paramedics had to cut them off of us after accident. She has a new Airglide 4 now bought from a member here an this board and loves it. I git a killer deal on a First Gear Kilimanjaro and couldn't pass it up,but that is too heavy for Summer. I wear a Joe Rocket Phoenix 1 bought in 1999. It still works very well.

ATGATT - Though I stop riding at 90 degrees, though when I move to the southwest, I may break the max temp rule - but still ATGATT.

A year ago I flipped my trike, and my gear saved me. Sudden stopping of cages - instead of a rear end, I chose to go beside the line of cars, though loose gravel, really lost traction, thus stopping power and I ended up barely side swiping car, but just enough to flip.

Hate that this happened to You, but a classic example of why it's best to wear Gear......ThumbUp
