Passenger cant hear phone conversation

we havea 2014 triglide and passenger cant hear whos calling only can hear riders side of conversation anybody have this problem

Not to be a smart ass.... But its called wind noise. Its louder than the phone. Have her tell them to text... Had same problem with my jeep with the top off.... She could try bluetooth, might here that under a full face helmet... Do like we do... Put the phone in the tour pack. You can call them back after you stop and see someone called...

If possible, switch out those "helmet speakers" for earbuds. Only way to go.
