Master cylinder for rear brake

Almost done with a 2003 Ultra Classic conversion. I used a DNA rear which has their 4 piston calipers. I can't get a good pedal. I have bled and bled, no air in system. I don't think the stock master cylinder has enough volume. Has anyone run into this problem? Any suggestions on a replacement master cylinder?

Cscsonny, yes I have bled master and caliper quite a few times.
Rsw, it's stock Harley master. Don't know the bore size, have heard they are 11/16.
The problem is, the first time you push pedal, it goes all way to bottom and then second push, you have a fair pedal (not great) about half.
Thanks Gorrilla
