I am also a proud contributer to the enabled trikers thread and have built my own trike.
I purchased The straight axle Champion kit from this forum, and found it's quality GR-8 and was one of the least expensive and straight forward kits to install.
I also purchased the 5 degree rake kit for the front end from this forum.
Goggle- pcombe library/photobucket to see what the conversion process was all about for me.
There are plenty of bikes that would be allot easier to convert than my old Glide.
:Shrug:I was really wondering if the venture wouldn't bend your legs to far back?
I found my cousins old venture to uncomfortable compared to my old tour glide.
