Twice in our ridin history we took the Factory tour of the Harley YORK, Penn plant. DAMN they put on a good show. So many cool things to watch and learn. Plus you can talk to the employee's also about the bikes or what their doing. If your ever around the area stop in. In your Hog book it should list the dates for the factory tours. DO IT you won't be sorry ThumbUp

The wife and I have been on the tour several times, mainly during the open house at the end of September. AWSOME........ The people out in York do a great job. The employees are very friendly and answer any of your questions.

We went to York back in Sept. '06' and saw my new '07' Ultra being built (it was there somewhere...lol) I agree, the factory tour at York is great. Just make sure you have steel toe shoes on and do the complete tour.

We toured the Kansas City plant last summer. We did the steel toe tour instead of the free one. Well worth the money as you were able to see so much more.

Since my last bike was lost in a t-bone with a truck back in 2005, I figured I'd never see a bike in my future My wife and I went on a tour back in Sept of 2013. She saw a trike in the lobby and thoght it was cool and said she could like riding that. Well by end of Dec we had a 2010 in the garage. you never know....GREAT TOUR.

We have been there several times loved it each time.

In 1996 we picked up a bike there when they offered Factory Delivery. Really fantastic experience, several years later we went back and ran into the women that took us around shocking she remembered us.

If you have a chance to go don't hesitate it is worth it.

I have had the wonderful opportunity to tour all of the three factories. York is my favorite. Second would be the "Milwaukee" plant ( I believe it is actually in Menomonee Falls, WI) and Kansas City third. They are all close as far as enjoyment though.

I live 15 minutes away from the Mustang Seat Company, in Three rivers Mass., and for years, I keep thinking about taking the tour.(everytime,) I ride past this seat make'n company, I say, dang! I got to make an appointment, BUT totally forget,
