How many miles on your Triglide?

Now that is truly impressive. I to would love to know if ever rebuilt.

They rebuilt the top end at 98,000 miles under the extended warranty. The warranty is a product offered by Zurich Insurance and covers more moving parts than the Harley Davidson extended warranty according to the dealer. It expires in 2020.

Larry, That is the most miles I have ever heard on a Tri Glide. When/did you have to replace or repair the engine or transmission in all of those miles?

Bob

Sorry, Bob I did not see your request when I answered that for Bikerbozo. Top end was rebuilt at 98,000 miles under the extended warranty.

Sent off a request for quote to Zurich insurance. Prompt reply was a polite decline. I guess my mileage scared them.

When I purchased the extended warranty the dealer said that it had to be in place before the existing warranty expired. Could have been a sales pitch, I don't know.

Bob, Without pictures, your supposed 2017 TGU does not yet exist :p Congrats if we see signs of true existence and not some fake news.

Jump over to the late nighters thread....Scott the fine fellow that he is' Was kind enough to post the pictures... For a slight charge that is...:D

Bob, I didn't even know that a late nighters existed or that you actually had a 2017 until I just saw the pics. Beautiful trike and I agree with you about how the M8's pull like a freight train up hills and make their power at significantly lower RPM than the 103's.

I must say I am partial to that VERY FAST color. For some reason, Harley made at least two of the 2017's in the same color because I have the other one.

Big time congrats on the new lump. I went to the beach on mine today and it was a lot of fun. Safe riding.

Thank you, I had a choice of colors, Five of them to be exact ...And The blue one just gave me that come-hither look :wave4:.:wave4:

Wow! I'm almost ashamed to post my miles. Bought a used 2014 with only 2700 miles and we just put 5000 miles on it since April 15, 2017. Yeah I know, while others are filling income tax, I'm buying Triglide. Do plan to ride more next year, Lord willing (and mama), the creek don't rise, ect. Guess I have to ride it to actually be a biker.:)

Sadly, not as many as I'd like to. Weather has been kind of funky here this past week or so in the Dallas area. Overcast with misting rain in the morning. Then it clears up and the sun comes out like now around 10:30. It was warm enough to ride. I just don't like dealing with the other fools that are running late to work or getting the kids to school.

My Tri-Glide just turned 2,200 miles but then again I just got it seven weeks ago. Still recovering from a foot injury that lead me to abandon two wheels for three. Hope to get some serious riding in next year. We have well over 300,000 H.O.G. verified miles since 1999 and hope to get to 400,000 in the next few years.

38,000 on my '14. I'd have more if I didn't still work 40 hours a week. That's a lot for this 74 year old. Have to pay for it somehow.

Weather has no effect on my mileage. I bought it to ride it = 12 months a year. Usually every Sunday during the winter.

Hope some day I can retire and build up the mileage like you youngsters. :D :D

Post a photo when you get it please. That's some serious mileage. I only started riding Harleys in 1999 but back in the 70s, 80s and early 90s as best I can figure I put about 200,000 on my metric bikes. I'd like to get to 500,000 with the H.O.G. mileage program but at my age that's probably not going to happen unfortunately - but then again you never know!
