CSC Viper running board light

I’ve got a a 2016 Goldwing with a CSC Viper trike kit with running boards. I have a running board light out on the right side again. I assumed it was the h3 bulb again, but this time it wasn’t. The wires on this side have a splice (for some reason), but the splice was intact. I traced the wires back to the black box underneath the seat. I used my 12 volt tester to check for current at the connector that snaps into the box. Each set of lines for the back up lights and the left turn signal light had current, but not the set going to the right side. Is there something burned out in the black box? I don’t have a wiring schematic for the kit, so I don’t know what this black splitter box is called. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks! Larry
