I have an extra front wheel (in very nice condition) for my GL1500. Rather than taking it to some local putz who may or may not be used to chroming m/c wheels, I am wondering if any knows a good source I could send mine to . I understand some places have an inventory of wheels that are already chromed and use your "trade in" as a core for the next guy. I've found one 1 source so far ( http://www.chromeprosplating.com/ ) and am looking for additional suggestions. Thank you...

Have you ever considered powder coating to a amtching color or as a contrasting color.I have a powder coater here in Utah who specializes in car and bike wheels. Or about anything else you want done.

These folks did a fantastic job on my '01 rims. Had close to 80K on them and still looked like new when I triked and then sold the rims as a set...
