Chat Room

Last day of work this week, may have to take 1/2 day off today to prepare for the trip. Who knows maybe government shutdown next week will keep me home for a few days too!

Yep, got the kitchen sink and main bathroom sink to finish today! Then the plumbing should be all done. Sherry will have to pick out tile and flooring for the bathroom, after we get back from this coming weekend.

The up side of this is that the house will look all new and beautiful! The down side.... well, what an icky mess you had to deal with!

Should be exactly that: Sunny and 75* today in a sleepy East China Mi. Just saw a quick story showing snow flurries in Lake City Utah!!! I'm a sledder but I'm not ready to let go of summer, not yet!!
Have a great day everyone!

Yup, temperatures going up in NH, Indian summer on the way. Should be 79F by Sunday. Taking the trike to Fryeburg Fair on Tuesday, it should be 72F...
I am like some people, not ready to give up summer yet. But, I know winter is on the way and you better get ready for it.
BG, got to get the trailer ready and get a load of loam for the flower gardens so Janice can work her magic for next year's flowers.
Nana, I missed M-A-S-H and didn't hear about the hot dog place from Klinger. My bad!
Have a great day everybody!

Morning...sounds like fun Bill, but worth it when done! Waitting to load, #9, in High Point,N.C., it's clear and 60. Have to deliver in order, to Columbia University, in NYC on Saturday morning. Can I get a tail gunner for my 73'4" ride on those city streets? Wide turns and narrow streets :xszpv: :gah:

Ha Big Dog, story time..I set up a gambling trip to Atlantic City years ago with two bus load of people. I assume the bus drivers knew where they were going, WRONG! Took a wrong turn and ended up going into NYC. Rookie drivers, and you would have loved to see these guys do the narrow streets..back in those days we could bring coolers in the bus so everybody had a few pops and were laughing our heads off..the drivers were yelling at the cabbies and everybody else who happen to be in their way...what a riot!!!
Good luck on your run..have fun and catch a show on Broadway!

Loved staying at the Four Seasons, Lucky! Great memories of those early rallies :D

I think we might just do a spring reunion at MV next year. Keep it small and stay at the 4 seasons..that might be some fun.

Ok, one more drain to finish before we leave tomorrow for Coudersport, should only take an hour or so, whew! What a project this has been, hopefully the main bathroom will be re-modeled till I get home on Sunday, gave the marching orders to the son, so we shall see if the work gets done, lol

Sounds good to me.. We were there not too long ago.. Had a great Dinner at Snappy's and great B'fast at Joey's... :10:

How in the world do I get more than 1 green block in the right hand corner, under the post count? Guess everyone really, really hates me, no reputation, ouch that hurts!

OB from what I've seen, most of the positive rep votes are given to technical how to type posts, inspirational posts, funny posts and such as that. The chat room posts dont generate a whole lot of ata-boys. I just gave you a sympathy rep point for that last post if that's any consolation. ;)

Yeah, end of June is smack in the middle I suppose but Im just thinking that come spring, everyone is more than ready for an excuse to ride, thats why I was thinking spring...but heck we can do whatever...

Good evening : I spent the day after work taking a short nap. Got up around noonish. then jumped in the shower and headed out to find my oil. What a NICE day to be out. Temps this far North hit 82 this afternoon. Spent most of the afternoon looking and for my oil and on the phone with some old members in the Detroit area. Was a fantastic afternoon and into the evening. it's Now 11:31 pm and the temps are still so nice we have all the windows open. There's a breeze and it's 68 degrees right now. Going to be great for sleeping tonite. Ok better get off of here and get the garage closed up for the night. Plus take my buddy Ozzie out for his walk. Good night all ThumbUp
