Bulging Left side panel

I was wondering if anyone else's left side panel bulges out a little. The right one is flush. I've noticed there is electrical junk & battery tender on the left side and was thinking that maybe the panel was designed to stick out a little. Then I got pissed.

Hmmm...Never noticed that on mine and it's in storage for at least another month. Can't chime in officially til I see it. I will say though, that doesn't look right. :AGGHH:

Ended up being the battery tender wire was getting pinched in-between the frame and the panel.
