Hi Jennifer Welcome to Trike Talk

Do you have a good battery in your Fob?

Check the P and A fuse in the fuse box under the left side cover

make sure the run switch on handle bars in on

Is your trike in neutral, What happens if you hold the brake on with the clutch pulled in?

Have you load tested your battery?

Follow this link and scan your trikes ECM for codes, if you do have a no start you may get a communication code

Welcome Jennifer. Your profile says you have a 2020 FW. Don't mess with it. Call the dealer & have them pick it up for analysis. You have a factory 2 year warranty, including the battery. For 2 years it's their problem.

Give them a call!

I notice far too many are hit and runs. With a 2020 model my first go-to would be the dealer. There are such things as bad batteries right from the get-go. And dealerships replace those bad batteries all the time. Hope she isn't too embarrassed to let us know the outcome.

Once you get a starting system worked out it will become learned behavior
