Well i'm off the fence after alot of studing i have decided that the 120 is going to have to stay on the shelf.
My decision was simply the money was more than i wanted and the warrenty was non existent.
so what i decided to do was buy the screaming eagle stage IV kit for 2k
the torque and hp are both over 110, completely factory, and 1/3 the cost.
and a lot easier with warrenty issues.
Nothing like having a 40k trike with no warrenty. so thats why i went with this option.

I haven´t been on the board for a while so this is a new thread to me.
JJ, I was in the same boat as you.
I decided on the 120R over the stage4 kit because I would be doing the conversion myself and because of my location. (Mexico) I felt more at ease swapping motors than actually tearing into one.
I ordered the race clutch and as luck would have it, almost to the day, HD came out with the centrifigual clutch.
Needless to say, I now have both clutches waiting in the wings.ThumbUp
I figured that with doing the engine swap myself and selling the ¨old¨ engine, I would have a more powerful motor at about the same cost. (I sold my stock motor for 3K
Just my 2 cents.
