2012 triglide radio swap.

I would think No..inner and out fairing has to be replaced, wiring etc..If could be done it would be quite expensive..

I have a 2012 Triglide with the OEM radio/cb/stereo.
I would love to have the Info ctr/radio that is OEM on the 2014.
Does any one know of this swap out can be done?
thanks

Anything can be done with time and money. With that being said, the swap would be outrageously expensive. Everything associated with the radio including the fairing inner and outer, handlebar controls and wiring, Antennas, and rewiring inside the fairing would have to be done. Diffidently not plug and play. You would be much better off Trading your 12 in for a 14. I bet just the parts would be 3 to 4 thousand dollars, maybe even 5 by the time you paint the new fairing. Then the labor 40 to 60 hours at shop hours of 60 to 90 depending on the shop. Your close to 10 grand. I might be high on my estimate but I bet I'm not far off. If you really want the newer setup just trade. Remember the CB is an option also on the 14, with antenna and controls I read guys saying it's costing them close to 500. I have not even considered the changes in the ECM if the 12 can handle the change.
