You've got an OEM Tri-Glide saddle which over the years have improved but if you're looking to change it out take a serious look at a Harley Hammock seat.
As far as tour pack you've got numerous options from the OEM set up to some 'aftermarket' units. Watch the classified thread on TrikeTalk and some of the other forums. There is also a FB group called "Harley Parts Trading" which has some 70,000 members from around the country. Then there's always eBay.
As far as cost. If you go the OEM route with the full Tri-Glide tour-pak you're looking at $1200-$1500 and a good Hammock seat for around $400 or less. In other words pushing $2000. I know of a fellow looking for the FLHXXX luggage rack and passenger back rest setup that is on the Trike right now. PM me if you want to sell it.
