Has anyone had a problem with opening hood, to find out that the light assy. Is resting on the front tire?
my hood never had this problem before....

I suggest you look very hard at your front portion of the frame !! Almost sounds like a break allowing the front assembly to push forward. Hope not though, but look hard.

I had that issue once and got some "Felt Pads", that are used under table/chair legs etc. Stick 2-3 together and then stick them on the metal piece where the hood latch meets, when the hood is being raised.

Thanks with that idea.....I was thinking of putting a stop on that spot myself.....I was wondering if the shocks are worn out.....scratching their heads at Thoughbred...

Just wanted to check to make sure the bolts that adjust your hood are tight. I tried to adjust my hood and when I did the hood would almost rest on the front tire. Try to loosen the bolts and make slight adjustment to your hood and see if it helps.
