I just picked up this 2025 Tri Glide and the handlebars just suck, it has a clutch cable instead of the hydraulic clutch. So those of you who have a newer Tri Glide with the clutch cable, if you changed bars what bars did you end up with and did you have to lengthen and wires/cables.

I put the 2" HD pullback bars on my '21 Steve, mechanical clutch cable, nothing additional was needed. I believe that PosseRider also the same set up. If I remember correctly, they were around $150.00

Yes with 2" + 2" bars (10 inch bars?) you don't require extended cables. 12 inch bars you might need extensions but If you go 14" apes or more you will for sure need extensions.

Just the 10 in. bars (2+2) make as very significant difference to comfort and operability.

I had Khromewerks 2plus2 widesweepers on my 17 and I loved them, but it had a hydraulic clutch.

Put the KW 2+2 narrow sweepers on my 2020 with hydro clutch and did not need extensions - just cut cable ties and re-reouted as best I could. Tight but doable. On my 2024 with the cable clutch I added KST 12" 6 bend bars. KST said it would work with stock cable but was very tight. Didn't like that so I opted for a 4" over and used this: EZ Install Upper Clutch cable from Far Baggers. Works great and it eliminated the weak link in the system - the plastic parts where upper and lower cables meet. Added benefit is that it allows for clutch adjustment up at the handlebars. Great product. Highly recommend.

Bought mine from Law Abiding Biker since I like his videos and support his channel. Same item - he's a dealer for Fat Baggers: Fat Baggers Inc EZ Install Black Vinyl Upper Clutch Cable for Select 21-24 Harley Touring Models (Old Fairing Design) - Black Vinyl or Stainless Braided

I went with the Harley Tallboy handlebars. Part Number: 55800592. Stock cables and wiring.

If you loved the Khromewerks 2+2s, and everyone does, I'd stick with those and I'd get the longer clutch cable and be done with it. Cant say on the wires on a 25 TG as I havent done a handlebar swap on one yet.

Oh yeah I did get wire extensions from KST when I ordered the bars and I think you'll need them. Might be able to jigger things around but why when the extensions are not expensive. The throttle wire is plenty long enough - nothing to do to it.
