Hi, folks...new here, just learning this site so if I ask in wrong section plz let me know. Been riding for 50+ yrs (off and on). I've got a 95 Goldwing SE with the trike Lehman conversion. It's got the old "brake shoes", not disc pads on rear. I'm looking for part number or vehicle info to get new shoes. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Hello & welcome to Trike Talk.
The rear axle is Ford Ranger/Mustang or it could also be a Pinto.
Are there any part numbers on the brake shoes? If so they should be able to cross reference them at NAPA or any auto parts place.

I hope as I'd need to know how old the conversion is, as is it from the early years of the Pinto, Ranger, Mustang or the Granada, Ranger, Mustang2? 1983 was the first year for the Ranger and 2011 was the last. My guess would place the axle from a 1983. This is just a SWAG estimate. However I did find information that will allow you to pinpoint what axle is on your trike. Ford Ranger Rear Axles (1983-2011) - The Ranger Station I do the research so you don't have to.

I just spent some time digging through the book marks in the computer and found something very important for you: Gl1500 LI1062 Mar14, 03 PARK BRAKE 25. Honda Goldwing GL1500 GTL - 14 Mar. 03 Lehman Trikes Inc. - 3-Instruction Part # LI1062 ... Honda Goldwing GL1500 GTL ... - [PDF Document] and it has the very important parts list. :)
I am also posting the part list for all to see.Screenshot 2024-06-22 at 14-54-57 Gl1500 LI1062 Mar14 03 PARK BRAKE 25. Honda Goldwing GL1500 ...png

Rear cover can be put on with a bead of silicone if a gasket is not available, be sure to check the vent line is open and free of debris

I got my start with research while taking a college course for Paralegal and while my certification is long expired, I research the law in New Mexico and help others to help themselves. Then I apply researching to other things like trike parts and who makes the trike conversion. I'm retired from the trike business and enjoy my retirement and I always find the time to help others. I have CDs, DVDs and thumb drives with a lot of trike info and some printed manuals in a dead file.

Lehman used Wildwood on their disc rears but mine has drum brakes, looks identical to that picture but with drum brakes. There is no information on these rears, like they never existed.

I couldn't find anything in my files on a parts breakdown for the rear axle.
Like anything else they may be off a Pinto.
