I was given 2 Elk Burgers . Do they need to be milk soaked like venison?

Frank, I have never even done that with venison but if you do then I would say yes do it with the elk if you are worried about it being gamey.

Ok , after the seasonall and garlic powder dry rub , they were not bad :clapping:. Mayo on the bun , pickled red onions (home made) and tomato slices . Not gamey at all . Thank you all !
