I'm going to deviate a little here, this was breakfast today while out for a ride. Chorizo omelet with green and red peppers, ham. pepperjack cheese, and jalapenos.

Looks good Gary! No picture but we had a breakfast at church after Sonrise service and my plate looked similar except for more bacon and sausage instead of the potatoes.
