Handlebar vibration at 80 and above

I own a used 16 triglide that only had 2000 miles, always had vibration in handlebars at 80 and over. New front tire that is well balanced, same problem. Could be neck needs adjusting, changed windshield with no difference, could be in damper. What else could it be? Thanks!

No help with your issue either, sorry. Have you played with tire pressures? Could be simple as that?

But bumping it back up in case someone has an idea for you.

Check the rear wheels for balance. They can cause a terrible shake if even one is out of balance. And, as suggested above, lower the rear tire pressure to 20-22 psi and make sure your rear suspension pressure is below 30 psi too.
 
Bad vibrations

Several yrs. ago I bought a part on line called a 'Vibranator' that you placed inside your handlebar ends (not the ones that stick out the ends). Since then I have had no handlebar vibrations . i don't know if they still make them ..
