I know that many of you have already booked your rooms, but please register on the link below so we can keep count of those who are coming.

When you register, be sure to fill in EVERY box, even if it is N/A or your registration will not go through. Example, if you are staying at a hotel fill that in and when it asks what campground, enter N/A, dont just leave the question blank.

FYI - Currently 89% of those who are registered for the Eureka Springs gathering are repeat attendees, so we (meaning ALL of us attendees) are clearly doing something right. The theme has been to keep it simple and laid back and have as much fun as possible and thats what we have done. Same thing at the Texas Hill Country gathering, it was great fun, great people and same thing for the upcoming Maggie Valley gathering. If its not fun, I don't want to be a part of it. We will have us a real nice time I guarantee it.

Every response submitted online automatically updates my registration spreadsheet, with no exceptions. You may have exited the page before the submission completed.

Please re-submit and I will watch for it. Also check if your pop-up blocker is preventing you from completing the registration process.

Everyone, be sure to complete each box even if the answer is "N/A". Otherwise the form will be incomplete and will not be submitted. I think that is what happened on the last two.

Just an FYI: When filling in the registration form be sure to type "N/A" in the question about what campground you're staying at if you're in a hotel.

I missed this first few times I tried to register and nothing happened when pressing the final Submit button. Finally made it through.

Got a call from Michael at Best Western in Maggie Valley to let me know that there are less that 10 rooms left as of today. He thinks the number is 8 and is going to let me know. If you want to stay at the host hotel then give them a call soon to make your reservation. We have a VERY good rate this year. the number is:

Be sure to tell them you are with Trike Talk or they will tell you they are sold out. We have the entire hotel booked.

Ray, even though you information instantly goes into the database, Marge has to manually update the spreadsheet, it is not done automatically. Your registration will appear shortly.

Really sorry, but I have to cancel our plans to attend this year.

Ok. Just reserved a room at host hotel and registered me and the missus. More than 2 months ahead of time. Unheard of for me. Now if only the days are approved at work.
Leaving LI on Friday. About 800 miles. Planning on showing on Sunday. If weather good and wife good, might show up early for Sat.

Well, I've had the Room booked for months, but forgot one "itty-bitty, teensy-tiny detail".....didn't register here until a few minutes ago.....Thanks Marge....

Will be in Townsend on Saturday, Sept 5th and Sunday, Sept 6th......Will be in Maggie Valley on Monday, Sept 7th and leave on Friday Sept 11th.......Will be back in Townsend on Friday Sept 11th and Saturday Sept 12th.....Heading Home on Sunday, Sept 13th.....Looking forward to seeing Everyone...it's been waaaaay too long, 2014 just wasn't a good year.....ThumbUp

My wife broke her arm last week and the orthopedic surgeon said that she would not be able to attend the rally. Please cancel my reservation for this event. Hopefully we will be able to attend next year.
