Tag light on new Triglide

Picked up my new Triglide on Thursday, all is well so far, BUT, I have a question when I turn my ignition all the way to the right to listen to the radio while cleaning, the Tag Light comes on and stays on, is this normal, can someone check theirs and let me know.

Thanks much, I guess I never saw that before I bought the TriG. I thought it was miswired or something.
