Wiring for Trailer/Tail LIghts

Has anyone tried using the 8 pin molex adapter for the 2010-2012 CVO Street Glide? http://www.docshd.com/rivco-products...uctid=18292426 and used it with this kit http://www.openroadoutfitters.com/in...roducts_id=439 I am trying to get my trike and trailer wired up so I can tow my wheelchair with me and the Harley Dealers around here tell me they won't do it. So I have to figure this out. I am not good at building wiring harnesses so I am trying to do this plug and play as much as possible. All of the actual wiring kits I have found that say they fit the Freewheeler say it takes a 6 pin molex plug which we all know by now is BS.

Thanks for any help and guidance.

And you are getting no guidance from the trailer builder? Are the tail lights on the trailer LED? And to be honest, if my dealer told me they wouldn't install the lighting harness - I'd be looking for another dealer. That's just BS as far as I'm concerned. It seems that some of these dealers are afraid of working on any bike that is not using all HD parts. To me it says they just aren't confident in their techs....JMO

Just an update, had a local shop install my Rush Ceramic coated head pipes, air cleaner, hitch, and wiring. We decided to try it old school with tapping into the tail light wires. Works like a charm with LED lights on the trailer and only cost a few bucks for a trailer plug. Ignore all the dirt and grime, I rode the hell out of it the day I picked it up from the shop.
